Survey 123 Water Quality Sampling

Is anyone using survey 123 to document water quality samples? If so how do you have everything configured on the back end?

Hi @ShaneHertzog3 in case you haven't seen it, there's a Community sample available in Survey123 Connect named Water Quality Survey that might provide a good starting point. It's derived from this Water Quality Inspections ArcGIS Solution (now in mature support).

Does "Mature Support" mean that the Water Quality Inspections ArcGIS Solution is no longer part of the Add-In via ArcGIS Pro?

Yes, Mature Support indicates that the Solution is no longer available for deployment
