Survey 123 - Published survey message- does not appear, it keeps loading

stuckHello everyone

I am trying to upload a survey via ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. However, the survey stays loading for more than 3/4 hours, and the survey published message does not appear. The publishing of this survey seems stuck

On the other hand when I review my surveys via the web. I see that it is already loaded, however on my screen it still keeps loading.

Hello @JavierOchoa22, 

Usually Survey123 will hang when it receives a response from a server that it wasn't expecting. Are you publishing to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? Is this behavior still reproducible or was the survey able to be successful republished at a later time?
