We have the survey123 website application installed locally following the instructions for offline installation.
Most things work Ok, but when we add a map to a survey we get some issues. Using developer tools, i can see it fails to load
/esri/identity/IdentityManager.js
From the root of the web server. it seems like this path is hard coded, and I dont see any instructions on hosting this portion of the javascript API anywhere.
If I manually fix this on our web server by copying and hosting the API, it then fails to load
/dojo/calcite-components/calcite.js
Is there something im missing? Either we need to host some javascript API locally, or Im missing some config option in survey123 to point it at the correct location for these files.
Any help is appreciated!
