Survey 123 form- how to remove blank fields

Question

I was wondering when generating a report using a form how do I remove blank fields.  I have a survey posted in Survey123 and some fields aren't valid for all surveys.  The user might leave them blank.  How do I weed out the blank fields when using a template that I created in Word?
