Survey 123 Connect autocomplete issue

Hello,

I am trying to get the autocomplete to work with a number of surveys that were built using Survey 123 Connect. 

The issue I am having is that when I go to the dropdown for the list of inspectors I can't write or select any of the names. 

This appears to only happen when the surveys are been completed on a desktop. The inspectors can add their names or use the dropdown when using the surveys on a tablet/phone. 

In connect:

- The appearance autocomplete applies to select_one and the description is (Presents choices in a drop-down menu, with text input to narrow down options. 

Is there a glitch of sorts or should I change everything to text and have the inspectors manually type in their names.
