Some of my staff are having issues accessing any information on the Survey 123 App. When they try to open surveys without signing in they can't access them and get the error message Survey Not Found (seen in attached image). At first I thought this was an issue with public accessibility but when checking, all of the files are open to everyone as is the survey in the Survey 123 Collaborate Tab. When anyone tries to login on their phones (including myself as an administrator) they get the error message Host www.argis.com not found (see in attached image).
A few other notes about the issue, it only seems to be a problem for about half of our Iphone users. The other half of our Iphone users and all of our Android users can access our company surveys (without logging in) and can login on their phones. All users can access these surveys in their browsers without logging in, including those who can't using they Survey 123 app. I've also tested this with Android users outside of our organization who don't have logins with us and they can access the surveys in the Survey 123 App with no issues. This seems to be an issue since about February. People who could access all of the surveys last fall now can't and nothing has changed with the surveys since then. Is there some sort of compatibility bug issues with Iphones and Survey 123 since the last version update?
