I added a map to my survery since I want the user to be able to add their location. I am wondering if there is a way to include a Latitude and Longitude field in the output data along with the points on the map.

If you are creating an XLSForm using Survey123 connect you can use calculations to pull data from geopoint questions. This blog post https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/03/extracting-information-from-geopoint-questions explains how to do it.
