Someone filling out our survey got this error: "Send Error 1759793760000" (photo attached). Not sure what triggered this error besides they were trying to upload a photo in the attachments section. We have not had this error before after a couple of hundred entries, and a few around the same time today submitted fine, also with images.
I am also confused on how the instance name comes up as '1759793760000' in the outbox when it is set to be the date field.
Anyone have any ideas?
First I would make sure its not a really large image. We had some users trying to send screenshots that were huge.
I don't know what the underlying error is, but that number looks like a timestamp (October 6th, 8:36pm)
That's what I was wondering but it was submitted (or tried to) today 10/23, unless their device's time is off.
Is there a question in the form that lets them enter their own date, rather than the current date/time? If so, maybe it's that value.
@Bailey_Briggs Did they happen to try and upload a picture without and extension? I had a weird error happen where for some reason the extension didn't come through with the filename, and there was a send error. if I remember correctly it was on iphone when a user uploaded from their gallery...
That might've been it, they said they only had the error when they went in to edit the form to add a comment in an unrelated text box. So, they originally submitted it just fine with the picture that was attached. Editing really seems to break surveys I've noticed...
