S123 web not honoring bind::type entered in connect

Hi,

I'm working on updating accepted file types using Survey123 Connect. I've updated the types in Connect (and they work when demo'ing in Connect) then I publish to the web and the changes aren't reflected in the web form. I even wiped out all file type restrictions, and it's not honoring that when publishing.

Is there something I need to do to force the accepted file types to update? Is this a known issue?

if you are referring to a file upload question and limiting what types of file can be uploaded, the column you want to adjust is body::accept
