Retrieve deleted feature layer in survey123 form

Hi there, 

I deleted a feature layer of _stakeholders feature layer in portal for arcgis and this feature was contained all records of survey123 form. After deleting this layer all records gone in survey123 website and also portal.

Before this action I took a backup of Portal for ArcGIS. So, can I retrieve the survey123 data of that form? Also if the form has been published by a publisher not admin, is it possible to retrieve the contents of his account?

This is a question more applicable to ArcGIS Enterprise‌.  I would also suggest opening a technical support case to address this.

Thanks James. I restored the backup of the portal then all the deleted contents published by users of our portal restored and it was solved.
