Resizing an image in the body of a note

How can we insert a photo into a note in between two blocks of text so that it resizes with the webpage?  

What I have:

 The code looks like this inline in the xls:  <p><span style="font-size:16px; color:rgb(50, 54, 58);">SOME TEXT</span></p><p><span><img alt="Info" src="myimage.jpg" ></span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px; color:rgb(50, 54, 58);">MORE TEXT</span></p>
