Reports on Office365 on AGOL are down

Reports (report templates that generate a Word doc on the Survey123 Data tab) on Survey123 on AGOL are down.  Looks like a site issue, either with AGOL and/or view.officeapps.live.com and/or AWS.  I see in the URL they get created on AWS but hosted on live.com.  They all generate 404s. These are ones which were working fine yesterday. 

Esri AGOL admins, please keep us updated.

It may be best to also submit a report to ESRI support to inform them so they can inform others or create a banner message stating the issue!

I called.  It's working now... sort of. On some existing reports it now successfully generates Word docs.  On others, it is still 404 on the Word doc. BUT the PDF works fine. So, probably an interaction between O365, AGOL and AWS.  Or maybe AGOL intermittently is not generated the Word docx file but it is generating the PDf file successfully, for some reason.  Just fyi.  Again, some surveys, it does the Word file fine others it doesn't. But for the ones it doesn't, PDF works; PDF seems to be working everywhere as usual. I'll check back on it Monday.
