Report Generation: Survey 123 ArcGIS Enterprise user

I am trying to Generate a report using Survey123, failing to do so, getting an error message:

"Failed to print map for ${Report_point}. Failed to load web map: Unable to load https://arcgis.thiess.com/arcgis/rest/services/TestPublish/sonReport/FeatureServer/0?f=json status: 0"

 I am uisng ArcGIS enterprise login and SQL database.

Kindly help? Please let me know if need more clarification.

Today, when I signed in the Survey123 website (As ArcGIS Enterprise user- https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis) when I click on feature report (which has changed from Report-beta to Feature report) through an error says,- Your ArcGIS Online subscription is not active. Contact your organization administrator for assistance.

Wondering being an ArcGIS enterprise user why do I receive this error.

Hi Vaibhav,

Can you please answer the following questions?

1. What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you using?

2. What type of identity store is the portal setup with? (i.e. Built-in or Enterprise) 

3. If Enterprise, is it using IWA or PKI?

Please give as many details as you can about your environment and confirm that this was working successfully prior to the latest release.
