Repeat group appearance goes off the rails in latest version of Survey123?

I have a survey that used to look like the Before_Good image (below), but now looks like the After_Bad image (below) on both Apple and Android devices...all of the repeat groups are scrunched up on the left side of the form.

I've made no changes at all to the survey itself, but did just upgrade to version 3.13.244 on Android and 3.13.246 on Apple.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior with a version upgrade, or is it just me?

Changing the begin repeat appearance to w1 field-list restored order to the universe.
