Repeat appearance is not working: the questions inside are hidden (only shows the +)

Hey!

I am using the repeat function in a group of questions that include a map question. I would like that the questions inside the repeat are visible to the respondents, however, they appear hidden and only the symbol '+' appears, once this is clicked, the questions arise. 

I have tried to change the appearance of the repeat so the questions can be visible, however, it does not make any change. How could I solve this? I put here two pictures of the survey and the excel sheet.

That should only happen if the appearance is set to "minimal" on the repeat itself.

Try setting the group's appearance to something else, like "compact" or "field-list", just to see if it changes.

It can also happen if there is a formula in relevant or repeat count.
