Removing a watermark from a photo

So I have a photo question set up in one of my surveys to include a watermark with location and date information. Is there a way to download a copy of a specific photo without the watermark included? We like to use photos taken in the field sometimes for formal reports and do not always want the watermark included.

Thanks for the help!

The watermark gets "baked in", if I recall correctly. Is it feasible to just make the watermark very small and crop it out for the reports?

That is a possibility. However, our current watermark is a bit larger to be
legible in our Feature Reports.

Do you know ahead of time if a photo will be used in the formal report? I can't see another option besides having a separate question w/o the watermark, or having a Yes/No question that dynamically adds or removes the watermark.

Not usually. We tend to sporadically select photos depending on the subject and the photo's scenic value. It is not uncommon for us to use a photo taken years earlier for a report.
