I recently made a Survey123 form for my city to inventory the trees in our parks. It worked completely fine for a little over a month, and we were able to collect over 1,000 trees so far with practically no issues, but this week the person collecting trees has been having intermittent issues. Specifically, when trying to take a picture, sometimes the error message in the attached screenshot appears, and then she is unable to take any pictures for the rest of the day. This happened for the first time on Tuesday this week, on Wednesday it worked completely fine, and then today the error came back.
I have no idea what is causing it or why sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I haven't changed any survey settings since the issue first came up. I can't find anything online talking about this issue, and so far I've been unable to recreate it on my own. The form is published from the s123 website on v3.23 and hosted on our Enterprise server running 11.3.0. Our field worker is using the s123 app on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
