When will the newest version by out in which the survey can be shared with everyone? Also what does everyone mean? Is it only those people who have an AGO account? Is there an ability to share an URL of the survey and put on another website? Also within the Survery123 Connect desktop application, what does the data tab in setting allow you to do?

There is a Utility Survey 123 Configurations group that might be a better place than the section specifically for GeoNet help.

Just moved this discussion to Survey123 for ArcGIS. This is the best place for this question.

Hi,

we are working towards having support for public surveys towards the end of 2016. A public survey is one where anyone could answer questions even without an ArcGIS account. We also would like to integrate Survey123 with social logins (facebook, twitter etc), so you could also login into the app with these credentials.

In ArcGIS speak, sharing with 'everyone' means making your Survey public.   If you share your Survey with everyone at this moment, the Survey123 app will no longer display it in the Download gallery.

The ability to create a public survey in Survey123 would, IMO, make this application one of the best survey tools out there.  Currently I can only really deploy it within my company, but if it had a public option I could engage so many more people using this tool.  Excited to see where this goes.
