Questions disappear and blank pages when using pages style in XLS form

Hello,

I am having trouble when using 'pages' style in XLSForm. When I create nested groups with table-list appearance within pages (group with field-list appearance), the table list questions do not appear and there are also blank pages after pages with nested groups. For instance:

begin group        Page 1                field-list

begin group        Question 1          table-list

end group

begin group        Question 2         table-list

end group

                           Question 3

end group

In this case, only question 3 will appear on the page and there will be 2 blank pages after.

Can someone please help me?

There is a workaround with an example of the form for your reference.

Could you check to see if this is what you want to achieve?

Thank you for your reply.  Unfortunately, the alternative provided is not what I am looking for as I am doing a KAB survey and need to create each section on a separate page. I understand this issue need to wait for further development work and will submit a bug report on it.
