Publishimg survey123 the error * e is undefined appears

When I try and publish my survey, built using the web based survey123 a red rectangle with the error *  e is undefined  appears?  I can't find 'e'?

Hello Paul Rabatin‌, 

Are you working with ArcGIS Survey123 in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? 

Would I be able to obtain a screen capture of the schema prior to hitting the publish button? If you hit "Modify schema" on the Publish Survey screen this will bring up the schema for the service to be created. 

Is the behavior observed in all internet browsers or just one? 

If you grab the network activity when publishing are there any additional details in the add or update definition requests?

Did you find a resolution to this? I never use the webuilder but made a very simple survey to send out today and get that same error. This needs to go out asap so I don't have days to try and work with tech support on why their product doesn't work. On my survey I can publish it but when I try to change any settings and save them I get this message.

sorry I thought i captured the solution... I don't think this is solution, but I believe I changed the url to the arcgis enterprise the  %2F with    /  backslashes?
