Publish warns that I will lose all data

I just started with a new machine..

I am trying to update some 'selection options' in Connect, but am being warned that the Publish will delete all previous data.. 

Did I inadvertently rename a table?

Is there a way to build a new survey and copy and paste the data from the previous survey?

Yep, I had changed the name of the point table... once I changed it back, I was good
