Power BI and Survey123

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone has connected Survey123 or ArcGIS enterprise to Power BI.

I want to pull in responses from a survey in Survey123 to Power BI and set it to refresh daily but Survey123 is not a connector option. 

Alternatively, if there is a way to set the survey responses to export daily that would also work.

This may be a round-about method, but what my organization does is send Survey123 results to a SQL database, which then uses a gateway to connect to Power BI, we then run reports and analytics from Power BI that way. In this way, you'd be able to get data as quick at the gateway would be able to refresh. Since you mention Enterprise, you may be able to directly connect the Survey123 to a SQL database, which this would work a little easier. If you'd like to know more, I can definitely dive further into it!

Sorry for the late reply. I appreciate your response. I will keep this in mind if our IT team has the capacity to set up something like this workaround in the future. I had to settle for keeping GIS data in separate dashboards.

I have done is using power automate and a real-time data stream, but its kind of a pain to manage.

Yes, I looked into Power Automate as well. This is fairly new at our organization and only our IT team has licenses to use it. I'll keep it in mind moving forward!
