Hello all,
I have about 10 Power Automate flows that have Survey123 Response triggers, however, I continue to have issues with the flows failing due to having to reauthenticate every so often (it seems about once per month). I have read various articles about this, most of them being a few years old, so I'm hoping there's a fix for this issue. These are important forms that are public-facing, so uptime is critical. I currently have a manual process I perform to go in and create a new connection every 2 weeks, however, it would be nice to not have to do this. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same experience. Sometimes I don't realize that the automation has died and I miss some entries. Not sure if it is a Microsoft or Esri issue.
From what I've read in other posts, it's the Survey123 authentication that expires every 2 weeks, but that was also in an article dated in 2022 or 2019, I believe. I would think this would be fixed by now or there would be a workaround. ChatGPT says it's a known limitation with Survey123 connectors specifically tied to token expiration or OAuth refresh token lifetimes.
I'm just about to try something myself to create a workaround for this. The plan is to create a scheduled flow to get survey results every week, but do nothing with the results. This will use the token and reset the 14 day lockout. Will keep you posted in 14 days!
