pass data from collector to survey123 not working

in web map i configured it as

<a href="arcgis-survey123://?itemID=111111111111111111111111111&field:Address={LegalAddress}" target="_blank">Inspection Survey</a><br /><font size="4"><br /><br /></font>

LegalAddress is the field name in feature service

and in survey123

If your updating an attribute all you need is  arcgis-survey123://?itemID=11111111111111111111111&field:Address={Address}
