Options for RFID or NFC tag scanning and integration to Survey 123

I work for a local council and we are looking into options for tracking the maintenance of stormwater drains.

Ideally we would like to tag each drain with an NFC tag. When scanned it would then open a form in ArcGIS Survery123 where we can fill out details of the inspection. Having thousands of drains within our boundaries means we need a quick, reliable and robust solution such as RFID/NFC tags.

I have seen that Bernsten offer their Inframarker product which is supported and endorsed by esri, however we would like to see if there are any other alternatives.

Does anyone else use RFID/NFC tags along with Survey 123 for inspections of assets?

Thanks

Andrew

Did you find any other alternatives ? Even RFID/Bluetooth reader? My org. is looking for something to read RFID for garbage collection.

Haven't found any alternatives yet, but looking into our own solutions using a combination of NFC/RFID tagging apps and attempting to integrate them into ArcGIS Survey 123 and Field maps.

Hopefully we can come up with something that works and isn't extremely expensive!

Would love if you kept the thread updated on your progress, if possible. I'll be looking for our own solutions as well and can leave a comment. Also feel free to connect if easier. We meet with Bernsten to and they were rather expensive for us at the moment.
