Open webpage with info from a field in Survey123

What is the best way to make the user open a webpage from Survey123.

What kind of field works best?

I want the user to open an url containing a field ( ${fieldname})

In theory, you would want a note type field with a calculation involving the html code. Currently, there is an issue in calculating html code that prevents this from proceeding successfully.

We have the dynamic html logged as an issue, but it's not currently being worked on. Registering it as an idea would be helpful in letting us keep track of general user interest.
