Open Survey123 from Field Map Filter Records

I am using the below link in my field map app to launch S123 and populate the INBOX with records to update

I have a Filter on GLOBAL id but was also curious to filter on the USER (CREATOR) to just populate the INBOX with records that match the global ID AND where the creator of the record is equal to who is logged in...

NOT sure how that syntax would look either??? Can I even do this

filter=REL_GLOBALID:{GLOBALID}&filter=CREATOR:{USERNAME}&
