I created a survey123 form in survey123 connect v3.21.62 back in August. The survey was working well, and my field team was collecting and editing data using the mobile app for the last 4 months.

However, last week, after the November 12 update, my team suddenly started getting errors when they tried to upload new data points or edits to old points. I tried to upload a new point with my tablet, and I also go the same error message.

The error massage looks like this:

Where in this case, 222-21-2 is the instance name of the data point.

We are using version 3.20.73 of the mobile app.

Help! This is really messing up our operations.

Hello @MattPG

There was an ArcGIS Online update that went live last week which made some changes feature services not being able to accept some HTML in submitted data.

The things to check is do you have any HTML that would be submitted with the survey data to the feature service, or do you have any survey data that contains "<" or ">" that would be submitted to the feature service?

Thank you,
Zach

Thank you for the reply Zach.

Yes, we have some HTML in the form by necessity.

To make the interface usable, we create a table of data entered so far in the repeat.

So @ZacharySutherby, my question is this:

Can we continue creating html to display summary data as long as the bind::esri:fieldType field is set to null ?
