Is there a limit to how many sent records Survey123 will hold? We will be doing a major sampling effort with multiple tablets in a couple of weeks and expect some of tablets having upwards of 200 sent records. We will be telling staff to never empty the Sent box as protection against missing records in the feature service.
Related to this, has there been any movement on the enhancement of being able to disable emptying the Sent box? Thanks.

You can use where clauses configuration in the inbox tab of Survey123 Connect. Configure a SQL expression to limit the list of forms returned.

Probaly there is not a limit of returned forms. It's exatly for this problem exists the where clause! (It's mentioned in the same page that I have sent to you in the end of the first section, before the "WHERE expressions" section title.)

There isn't a limit for the number of surveys stored in the Sent box. With regards to the Inbox, that is designed to work with a few hundred or so records (less than 1000)- this is mostly a transfer/processing issue when loading data into the app.
