Why is an image , appearance set to draw, located in the media file not displaying when setup as the default, only the file name shows up, until the bin icon is clicked.
You should use the appearance of annotate instead of draw in the situation where you have a default image. That being said, there is a bug with the current release of Survey123 preventing this from working that will be fixed in the next release.
