Lost Survey and data within survey

Is there any way of retrieving a Survey123 that has been accidentally deleted - in particular any of the data that was within the survey.

The Survey was called DNRME ACDC Chemical Application Version V2 with a url of e13b6ad1e57347468725f9b04d7833e1

Hi Jonathan,

How was the survey deleted, via AGO or via Connect? Was the feature service also deleted, or just the survey Form item?

Was the survey originally published via Connect or the Website? When items are deleted on AGO they can not be recovered. However if you have a copy of the survey in Connect, you can use the xlsx file to publish another survey and point it to the same existing feature service if it wasn't also deleted.
