I have multiple people with Mobile Worker and higher licenses unable to access Survey123 or some maps within Field Maps. When trying to access these applications, the error message reads: "Location Sharing: Your account (Username) is not licensed for location sharing. Location sharing is required by your organization. Please contact your ArcGIS administrator."

As the company's administrator, I am trying to fix this problem.

I have attached the error messages we are receiving in Field Maps and Survey123.

Are you using custom Member Roles, or default member roles?

Have you enabled Location Sharing in the Portal?

By the sounds of it, you are already requiring Location Sharing via the Survey123 Website, which should be the final step. Have you tried disabling this yet?

As I'm sure you know, Mobile Workers get Location Sharing by default. As such, you should see this under Organization > Licenses > Mobile Worker

While rare, this may still be an issue with the licenses. In the past, we've had to get Esri to recreate our licenses due to an odd bug on their end.
