Link from Collector to white-labeled Survey123

I've followed the steps listed here to use Collector as a map-centric way of completing field data collection in Survey123. Is there a way to link to a white-label version of Survey123 instead of the standard Survey123 app?

Hi Chandra,

As part of the app creation process, you need to supply a url scheme - Integrate with other apps—AppStudio for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  .  You can then use the value supplied to open up your app, with the Survey123 parameter specification (id, field, center).

Thank you for the information but I'm now having the same issue as this unanswered question. Basically the url scheme is replaced in the Collector link to be a #.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
