Hi everyone,
Recently my layer has stopped loading in the Survey123 field app.
I can see the map in the Survey123 web survey, but once I open it on the field app (both on phone and on multiple iPads) the layer will not load.
The map itself does load! I can see it in the background maps, but when I have it selected it will not load that specific layer.
It has always loaded correctly. I thought maybe the layer had gotten to big, so I made a viewer layer with only a small portion visible (800 polygons) but it still does not show the polygons in the map in the field app.
Please help, as my field workers aren't able to do their work properly anymore 😞

Hi @RobinSnijders are you seeing this issue with multiple layers or one specific one? Also, is your service hosted in Enterprise or ArcGIS Online? If possible I suggest a Support case so we can take a closer look at the service and configuration
In ArcGIS Online! It's only that specific layer. Sadly cannot "replace" this layer with another one because I have all the tasks of the field workers connected to it. It would cost alot of setting up to redo all of that.
