Labels and hints disappear when viewing the survey in browser

Hi,

I built a survey in XLSForm and recently tried adding an image as a separate note, just following the form title. This caused all text to essentially disappear when updated. I removed the row containing the note with the image to instead embed the image in the 'hint' (introduction paragraphs) to the form title and everything looks as it should when viewed in Survey123 Connect. However, when the survey is opened in browser, all text following the form title row is gone, including the selected language on the language ribbon, plus all the options for multiple choice questions are offset.

What went wrong here? The issue persists with copies of the survey. Did adding the note with the image shift everything out of sync somehow? Again, everything is fine when viewed in the Survey123 and Survey123 Connect apps, but appears essentially blank in browser. I appreciate any advice!

I've just ran into the exact same issue. No fix yet, but when I highlight the areas where the text would be the text is there - its just the font colour has changed white? I'm doing some research to see what I can find about this issue and yours was the first to pop up. I'm going to see if I can go back into survey123 connect and "enforce" the font colour there or add a stand-out background colour... but we'll see...
