Hi, I'm having an issue with a survey123 form built using web designer not showing updates to the survey using the Survey123 app. The survey was initially published containing six groups with containing questions. After some feedback three more groups with questions were added to the survey, and it was then republished. The survey has updated fine and shows all groups/questions when opened using a web browser, however, the added groups/questions are not appearing when using the Survey123 app. We've tried removing and redownloading the app, as well as completely rebuilding the form in web designer but still haven't resolved why this is happening.

I've attached two screenshots showing what we see when opening the survey in the web browser vs the survey123 app.

Actually I've just managed to figure it out. The author mad mistakenly added some additional begin/end group rows which I just deleted from the table.

Hi Rory,

Can you please share a copy of the xlsx form item? You can get this from the survey folder in Connect or Field App once the survey is downloaded from the ~\ArcGIS\My Surveys\ or ~\ArcGIS\My Survey Designs\ folder.

It sounds as if there is a question or configuration in the survey xlsx form that you created in the web that is not supported in the field app. The best way to troubleshoot this will be to take a look at the xlsx file to see what is not loading.

Phil.

Hi Philip,

Thanks for your suggestion. I've downloaded the xlsx form, however, as this is not my work (I'm just assisting with resolving it) I'm not sure that I'm allowed to share the form. Am I able to PM you?

Hi Rory,

Great, glad you were able to resolve it. I was suspecting that there would be an odd number of begin/end groups or something with the groups or pages causing the rest of the form not to load properly.

Phil.
