Is there a way to notify survey users of entry number by category?

Hi everyone! I'm working on creating a sea turtle nesting survey in Survey123 Connect. For reference, we are a high density nesting beach, so our nest marking and monitoring follows an nth marking scheme. We get thousands of nests a season, so we mark a subset to monitor daily and dig at the end of the season to evaluate hatch success. We use different marking schemes for each species, so we mark every 15th loggerhead nest (Cc) and every 5th green nest (Cm). Is there a way to calculate based on entries when someone gets to their 15th loggerhead or 5th green nest to notify them that that nest should be marked? We used to use tallies in the field to keep track of the number of nests and know when to mark one, but we are trying to move away from paper data sheets. I've been reading about pulldata and calculate functions, but struggling to find a way to count the entries of the number of nests by species, maybe by inbox? I'm not sure we would be able to upload the updated csv file after the beach survey each day. The counts also continue the next day... So, if at the end of the survey I was 2 nests away from marking another loggerhead, I would mark the second nest the following day. I would be very appreciative if anyone has any advice!
