Looking for a simple process for installing a prior release for a first time user?

Scenario:

Version 2.0.56 is stable working version

Version 2.1.# has introduced bug that blocks survey submission

New employee is required to install Survey 123 on iPhone and begin collecting data

App Store will only install Version 2.1.6

Employee can not work without Version 2.0.56

Hi Carol,

There isn't a way to downgrade a phone app.  For your user, you can modify the form to change the autocomplete appearance to minimal appearance, republish without data loss, and then have the user update their form.
