We are seeing an issue where Integromat does trigger on some records submitted in Survey123. This happens for about 1 percent of all submitted records. From what I can tell, these cases are caused by network limitations (maybe imposed by IT) on some users. This is problem because these users records are not updated as they should be and do carry forward in our system.
A key indicator that this s happening is when Survey123 takes 30 or more seconds to submit.
Are there solutions or any possible workarounds for such cases?
