I added an input mask (entered as "9->A") to an existing field and it appears to work as intended in preview mode in my browser. I have published the survey and updated it on my mobile device; however, the mask is not working on my phone when I start a new survey. Any suggestions or thoughts on what could be wrong?

I initially made the changes in the browser version of Survey123 but switched to Survey123 Connect desktop and edited the XLSForm and now it works.
