Inbox not showing on survey

Hello, 

I have developed two surveys that use the same editable feature service (not hosted) with Survey123 Connect for our municipality to use for Damage Assessments. One survey is a windshield survey and the other is a very long detailed survey. I have enabled Sent and Inbox on both, but the Inbox only shows on the long survey.  The survey and all of their components are shared to the same group in AGOL.

Since our field assessors will mainly use the Windshield Survey I really need the Inbox to show on that survey. 

Can anyone show me what I'm doing wrong?
