In the Survey123 website, filtering by a field does not work for Mobile Worker users, but it does for Creator users.

Question

Our organization has two users: a Creator and a Mobile Worker.

In Survey123 Website, me, the creator can filter using a field using "is" and "unique" and I get in the dropdown all the options. (fast and without problem).

But the Mobile Worker cannot. He gets nothing in the dropdown. and manually also does not work.

Why?

Characteristics of that Field:

* String Field 255
* Dropdown options, +-240 
* Created in Survey123+ XLMForm
* It has in XLMForm a calculation: concat(${KundeName}, '; ', ${Status}, '; ',if(${Bauteil} = 'Weiche', 'Masse', 'Kontrolle') )
* is readonly in the XLMForm

Thanks for your help, but I have already all that setup check. All users can see all layers, and all the other filters work properly in Survey123 website, is only that field that cannot be properly filtered.

Sounds like a sharing issues, did you go to the Collaborate tab and ensure users are in a group where viewing results are enabled?  Also check the setting for the feature service in AGOL settings and ensure the users can view that layer as well.
