Image prompt not showing up when using "relevant" field in Survey123 Connect

Since the latest update of Survey123, now if I use the "relevant" column in Survey123 Connect, it will not show the image prompts in the survey on the web. It shows them fine in the Survey123 Connect interface.

If I add a text field, these will show up fine when there is an expression in the "relevant" column.

This broke a survey that I have live -- it worked when it was published a couple weeks ago and now no longer will prompt for an image if the question about adding an image is selected in the affirmative.

So far, my workaround has been to remove the "relevant" test for the image questions. This is not ideal.
