pleas i want create a survey on top of an existing feature service but i can't find create new survey in Survey123 Connect desktop version

Hello @ALI_AZZOUHRI, 

In your screen capture that is ArcGIS Survey123 Field App, you will need ArcGIS Survey123 Connect in order to create surveys. 

You can either install Survey123 Connect from the Microsoft Store or directly from our Survey123 Resources documentation page.
