How to not show survey if question answer is "no"

Instead of making 59 filters for "yes" so that if user does not consent, the survey is not shown, how can I make it so if they say "no," then the rest of the survey is hidden. This is like the most basic rule for a survey it would seem. Am I missing something? (This is in the web editor)
Thanks!

Okay, major user error. The pages are listed in the "set rule" dropdown. Somehow completely missed that one.... -_-

Put the questions in a group and set the group to hidden unless some criteria is met.

Unfortunately (and maddeningly), this just gives me this problem, where each page is then blank. There should be an option to set a page to hidden unless a criteria is met.

And then of course the next time I open the survey (after it was saved and published), all the filters are gone...
