How to delete and rebuild the "Share results" of a survey

Hi All,

I have an old survey published since 2022. The Share results was activated under Collaborate tab. It generated a hosted view with"_stakeholder" suffix.

For some reasons, this hosted view corrupts, and we cannot export selected records to excel using S123 web. And we cannot export this view to excel in portal interface.

How can I remove the Share results then recreate it again, so that it creates a new hosted view. I noticed my newer forms have the "_results" suffix for their hosted views and work as expected.

Hi,

First you should go to the settings of your Survey123 on the Survey123 Website and under the Share Results you would deactivate the sharing of this layer.

Then you would go to ArcGIS Online delete the _stakeholder view layer.

Finally, go to Survey123 settings again and under Share Results click your Organization and save the Survey

Then you should have the new view layer with the _results after the layer name
