How do you remove the grey box from a Note field in a public survey viewed online?

I have a note field at the end of my survey thanking participants for taking the survey. This survey is made public with the option for the user to open it online in the web browser or through the Survey123 app. In the app everything looks great. See screenshot 1.

However, when viewed in the web browser (I used Chrome) there is a greyed out bar under the note. Is there a way to remove this or another way to put this note in the survey without it showing a greyed out user input section?

This will be fixed with the 2.4 version of Survey123, releasing next week.
