How can you change the "theme" in connect

IN the online survey builder you can change the theme to change the background colour to a different colour or image. How can I do that with a survey made in the desktop builder?  

To clarify I want to get rid of the green background. How do I do that? when I changed the background colour in the style section I just got that blue. What if I want the rest of the green to go?

Hi Samuel,

Currently, there is a bug misaligning the theme settings as specified in Connect with the implementation in the web form.  We will be working to correct this in the future.
