How can I link a Survey123 survey to a layer with established records and that each new record created by the form be added to my layer? this in order to create dynamic dashboards
If you don't already have Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS I would recommend downloading it from Esri. You'll be able to create a survey using an existing feature service published to AGOL or Portal. So when users complete a form that data will be reflected on your dashboards.
