Hidden or not recording database field survey123

Dear,

I am trying not to register a field in the database that is generated with survey. I would like to know how I can achieve this.

Let me explain, fields that are only used for confirmation during the completion of the survey and/or image fields that are only used to personalize the survey.

Set the bind::esri:fieldType column to null and it will not show up in the service.  Note it will not take it away after the fact but a new publish it would not have it.  You can delete it from the service if you need to.
